Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to determine client needs, developing tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective strategies, customizing them to suit the unique backgrounds and preferences of clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations, ensuring timely updates and compliance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enrich the treatment experience and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment strategies and enhance overall care quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your expertise and contributions.
