Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $21–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Onsite – Manchester, NY 14504
Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail‐focused Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to support a fast‐paced office and manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a structured workflow, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer quotes, orders, and inquiries
- Communicate professionally via email, with occasional phone interaction
- Follow established procedures and internal workflows
- Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and customer needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Previous office experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor
