Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Technical Program Manager to support a large-scale integration and network conversion initiative . This role will coordinate complex technology workstreams, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide clear visibility into program execution, risks, milestones, and roadmap progress. Key Responsibilities Define and manage program execution plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery transparency across multiple technology workstreams. Coordinate technology builds, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation paths across engineering and business teams. Partner with engineering and technology leaders to drive alignment on technical decisions, scalability, resilience, testing, and long-term platform maintainability. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Technology, Operations, and Testing/QA teams. Translate product and business objectives into actionable technology delivery plans. Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively manage risks that could impact delivery timelines. Establish and facilitate program governance, status reviews, working sessions, and executive-level reporting . Track milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies while ensuring accountability across workstreams. Support validation and testing activities to ensure technology solutions meet scalability, resilience, and operational requirements. Drive communication and alignment across multiple LOB/stakeholder groups . Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Program Management . Experience managing complex technology/integration programs involving multiple teams and workstreams. Strong experience with dependency management, roadmap planning, risk/issue management, and executive reporting . Experience working directly with engineering and technology leaders . Strong understanding of technology delivery, system/platform integrations, testing, and implementation processes. Proven ability to coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA/Testing, Architecture, and Business stakeholders . Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments . Preferred Experience with network conversion, platform migration, enterprise integration, modernization, or large-scale technology transformation . PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or other relevant project/program management certification. Experience supporting highly complex enterprise or financial-services technology environments.
