No Nonsense - We are bold and direct High Touch - It's business and it's personal Informal - We are approachable at all levels Take Initiative - We are free to explore Can do - We believe anything is possible Fundamental Areas of Focus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual book-to-book reconciliation Analyze and resolve count variances Schedule, process, and reconcile cycle count and annual physical count results Assist with End of Campaign (EOC) counts and resolve discrepancies Review and correct batch discrepancies Open claims for damaged material as needed Prepare and review monthly blocked stock report Arrange for disposal of damaged or obsolete inventory Talent and Knack: Must have excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills Must have intermediate math skills Must be able to multi-task and prioritize Must be a team player Must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays (this would mostly apply at quarter close). Must be able to work in a high volume/high speed environment Requirements: Must be proficient in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent Business Intelligence Application).
