Job Description

Our organization, a well-established pediatric practice dedicated to its mission, is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to become part of our outpatient team in southeastern North Carolina. Position Highlights

Outpatient pediatric practice
High-volume, community-centered environment
Two dedicated clinical support staff (Medical Assistant or nurse) assigned to each provider
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
Additional hourly pay for evening and weekend shifts
$10,000 transition bonus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $240,000
Attractive quarterly productivity bonuses
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance fully covered for the provider and all dependents
Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 27.5 days, increasing to 42.5 days after the first year
Eligibility for up to $75,000 in student loan repayment through NHSC programs
401(k) plan with a 3% employer match
$300,000 life insurance policy
Short-term and long-term disability insurance
$3,000 annual allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
$500 annual stipend for electronic devices
Malpractice insurance coverage
Reimbursement for professional dues and licensing fees

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligibility for medical licensure in North Carolina
A strong commitment to community health and fostering long-term patient relationships
