This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping a busy schedule running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate financial information
• Present treatment scheduling options and support patients through the scheduling process
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and fellow front office team members
• Help maintain a smooth daily schedule while providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience preferred
• Eaglesoft experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable with a strong commitment to regular attendance
• Professional appearance and demeanor
