This is a Commission position. A real estate license is needed.

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Assist in generating leads and building a client base through proactive outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and develop essential real estate skills.
• Participate in property showings, open houses, and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
• Support the team in managing transactions from initial contact to successful closing.
• Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content and promoting listings on various platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in team environments, enhancing group success.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Eagerness to participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and client engagement is a plus.
