First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

This is a Commission position. A real estate license is needed.
Compensation:$112,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Assist in generating leads and building a client base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and develop essential real estate skills.
- Participate in property showings, open houses, and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
- Support the team in managing transactions from initial contact to successful closing.
- Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content and promoting listings on various platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in team environments, enhancing group success.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Eagerness to participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and client engagement is a plus.
