We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the sales efforts as a Sales Director. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing programs for the residence, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and cultivating referral sources. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.

Responsibilities include assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations. You will also develop and execute lead events according to the approved event schedule, perform initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members, maintain budgeted occupancy goals and document all sales activity, fulfill other roles as needed, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements include 1 year prior experience in sales and a college degree in business, management, or operations is preferred.
