Long Term Care Nursing - Registered Nurse

Job Title: Home Health

Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin

Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:00PM x 5

Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension

Pay Rate: $52 - $56/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Home Health for a temporary assignment in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a Home Health:

Provide timely communication to physicians, families, and other relevant parties regarding significant changes in resident condition
Complete all applicable resident assessments
Administer medications while following the 5 Rights of medication administration
Perform wound care and assessments as needed
Assist CNAs with answering call lights
Monitor residents for changes in condition
Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership
Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and precise charting
Hold and maintain a valid Registered Nursing license
Maintain current CPR/BLS certification
Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all duties
Perform other duties as requested
