This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare.Responsibilities:Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident conditionComplete all applicable resident assessmentsComplete medication administration while following the 5 RightsPerform wound care and assessments as neededAssist CNAs with answering call lightsMonitor residents for changes in conditionAct as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as neededReport any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and AdministratorMaintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate chartingPerform other duties as requestedRequirements:Two-year degree in nursing requiredMust hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing licenseCurrent CPR/BLS certification requiredExceptional accuracy and attention to detail requiredAn equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered1+ years of related work experience preferredFour-year degree in nursing preferredClient Details Address 612 View Street City New Lisbon State WI Zip Code 53950
