Industrial Project Manager

Industrial Project ManagerTrillium Construction is hiring an Industrial Project Manager for our client's project in Conesville, Ohio.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong industrial construction background. Pay rate is $50-55/hour.The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. This role will work closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Support preconstruction efforts internally and externally leading up to project executionDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate internal resources, subcontractors, vendors, and third partiesEnsure project scope, goals, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicatedMonitor project performance and address issues as they ariseIdentify and mitigate potential project risksProvide regular updates to leadership and clientsEnsure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teamsLead project meetings and participate in post-project reviewsAttend required internal and external meetingsManage the supporting project team, including Project Coordinators/Engineers, Inventory Control, Project Administrators, Safety Representatives, and SuperintendentsRequired Education & Experience:3+ years of Project Management experience within the industrial construction industryProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordinationPMP certification is a plus, but not requiredTrillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
