Responsibilities Drafting, briefing, discovery, deposition, and trial work. Handling plaintiff and defense litigation involving breach of contract, covenant enforcement, construction, and other association and real estate matters, including appeals. Contributing to a collegial office environment within a well‑established firm. Qualifications Licensed attorney in Colorado. Three to eight years of litigation experience, preferably in residential or commercial real estate, construction, or community association law. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
