Remote Triage Registered NurseJefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate remote Triage Clinic Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate expertise in delivering remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to our community. This role encompasses evaluating patients' medical conditions through phone consultations, offering immediate care guidance, and coordinating appropriate referrals or interventions.
