Plant Manager

Our client, manufacturing industry leader in beverage production, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the operations leadership supporting production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $170,000 - $200,000

What's the Job?

• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations for the beverage production facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production performance, equipment reliability, and cost management.

• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, yield, and overall operational excellence.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Food Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing experience with significant leadership responsibility.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Food Safety, Maintenance, and Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation programs, and high-hygiene manufacturing environments.

• Ability to manage budgets, labor utilization, and capital projects effectively.
