Compensation & Benefits Year 1 on‑target earnings between $105,000‑$115,000 (base salary $63,000 plus fixed allowances and unlimited commissions) Year 2 on‑target earnings between $115,00‑$135,000 Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~ $3,250 / year Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200 / year Parking & tolls: up to $300 / year Gas reimbursement (activity‑based): ~ $2,500 / year Total first‑year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside. Responsibilities Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects. Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different.
