The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multi-task effectively.Key Responsibilities:Support Product Development and Marketing teams in organizing and routing product submissionsCoordinate feedback on product submissions across teamsManage deliverables and timelines to ensure production schedules are metMaintain and share approved assets with team membersUpdate licensor lists and contract rightsAssist with internal and external meeting preparationsResearch and identify key industry trendsHandle day-to-day tasks, new initiatives, and projectsCoordinate sample shipments to licensorsDevelop presentation decks for internal and external useCreate quarterly royalty reportsQualifications:Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skillsAbility to build relationships with internal and external partnersExcellent project management skills and adaptability to fast-paced environmentsCapable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExceptional organizational and process-oriented skillsExperience working with multiple managersSelf-motivated and proactive1-2 years of experience in licensing or brand managementFluent Japanese language skills (verbal and written) a plus but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google softwareStrong problem-solving and time management skillsInterest in anime, video games, and US/Japanese pop cultureThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the entertainment licensing industry, collaborating with various teams to bring popular franchises to life through consumer products.
