Immigration Paralegal

This is a role for a professional ready to perform from Day 1. You must possess the ability to deliver exceptional work product while identifying opportunities to improve case efficiency. Core Responsibilities Draft, prepare, and manage complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and I-140s). Manage strict DOL processes, including LCAs, PWRs, and all phases of the PERM Labor Certification process. Draft and prepare complex USCIS forms for family-based and humanitarian matters including Adjustment of Status, U-Visas, VAWA, and Naturalization. Serve as a point of contact for HR representatives, corporate stakeholders, and foreign national employees, providing clear, empathetic, and professional updates. Conduct thorough research on country conditions, corporate structures, statutes, and case law. Draft support letters, declarations, affidavits, and RFE responses. Manage deadlines, expiration dates, calendars, and docketing with absolute accuracy. While the focus is Immigration, candidates with capacity to assist in Family, Criminal, and Civil Litigation matters are regarded as strategic assets. Education - Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Languages - English required; additional languages highly preferred.
