Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards governing mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
