Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their biopsychosocial needs, strengths, and potential treatment challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, tailoring therapeutic approaches based on assessed needs and clinical best practices.

• Provide group therapy sessions, serving as both primary therapist and co-therapist as appropriate, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients.

• Engage with clients in individual, family, and couple therapy sessions, employing effective psychotherapy modalities to address various concerns related to mental health.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes according to regulatory and agency standards.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and contribute to program development initiatives.

• Provide crisis intervention services and triage evaluations collaboratively with both outpatient and inpatient teams, demonstrating your ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health disorders. Your role will be crucial in fostering trust and rapport with a variety of clientele, ensuring that each patient's needs are addressed in a culturally sensitive and individualized manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado or license-eligible status.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Certification as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor from a recognized issuing body is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport and connect authentically with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
