In this role, you will immerse yourself in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you can sharpen your leadership skills, take on increased responsibilities, and enjoy a clear path for upward mobility.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Execution: Meet and exceed client expectations through the diligent execution of activities related to audit and assurance engagements.Workflow Coordination: Communicate effectively with Directors and Managers throughout all phases of engagements, including client onboarding, strategic planning, and scheduling.Deadline Management: Maintain a strong sense of urgency to complete work in an accurate, thorough manner while hitting both internal and client deadlines.Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with co-workers, staff, and clients to ensure smooth field work and a cohesive team approach.RequirementsExperience: 5-7 years of public accounting experience, specifically within financial statement audits and assurance.Education & Credentials: BA or BS degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college/university; active CPA License required.Skills: Strong analytical, observation, and time management skills.
