The Manufacturing Technician II will perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean room environment by following written specifications and performing multiple operations. Responsibilities:Operating standard wafer fab equipment for various fab operations with a focus on diffusion.Data entry on process travelers, SPC charts and logbooks along with data entry for lot tracking through the lab.Work on assignments on your own and under general and engineering supervision.Interact with coworkers to increase output, reduce waste, standardize work instructions, incorporate continuous improvement, and improve communications and cooperation between departments.Demonstrate a keen awareness of safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards.Requirements/QualificationsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment.High School Diploma or GED.Highly motivated and ability to work well with people.Aptitude to learn new skills.Ability to communicate well, both verbal and written.Ability to perform basic math skills.Ability to process travelers and specifications.Good hand and finger dexterity to handle wafers without damaging them.Prior chemical experience is a plus.U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
