California Licensed Program Director

Managing internal business projects and programs, the full-time California Licensed Program Director will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery from inception to completion, and engage with external vendors while presenting to C-level executives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Plan and direct project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing issues Lead programs as a Subject Matter Expert, developing business case methodologies and coordinating business strategy implementation Provide oversight of strategic and operational portfolios, managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 7-9 years of relevant experience in program management Strong management and leadership skills with experience presenting to senior executives Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively
