Leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time California Licensed HSE Manager will create and implement programs for small to medium-sized clients while ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive culture, with opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities Develop and manage health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance and mitigate risks Monitor and analyze injury, illness, and incident reports, providing recommendations for risk prevention Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and communicate findings to management for strategic solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of relevant experience and education 3-5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management Additional certifications as required by local authorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate teams and drive program effectiveness
