Connecticut Licensed HSE Manager

Leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time Connecticut Licensed HSE Manager will create and implement programs for medium to large clients while ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and review health, safety, and environmental playbooks and procedures Manage regulatory compliance and track operational and safety risks to avoid incidents Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and implement strategic solutions for risk management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education Additional certifications as required by local authority Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
