Customer Satisfaction Coordinator

The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator supports and enhances the customer experience for DART Paratransit and GoLink services, while assisting with quality assurance and contract compliance initiatives. This position is based in Dallas, TX in supporting the DART contract.

  • Competitive compensation package of Minimum $23.25 – Maximum $29.00

Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, document, investigate, and respond to customer complaints and inquiries.

  • Conduct customer follow-up via phone, email, written correspondence, and/or in person.

  • Follow up with clients, providers, passengers, subcontractors, and staff regarding service concerns.

  • Research trips, GPS data, routing software, camera footage, manifests, and operational records.

  • Coordinate with dispatch, operations, safety, and subcontractors to resolve issues.

  • Track complaint trends and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Maintain organized and confidential records.

  • Support quality assurance, compliance, and service improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with retraining recommendations and corrective action follow-up.

  • Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Associate’s degree preferred.

  • One or more years of customer service, transportation, ADA paratransit, GoLink, or call center experience preferred.

  • Experience working with elderly people and individuals with disabilities preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems.

  • Knowledge of paratransit routing software is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

  • Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

  • Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

  • Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
