Responsibilities

- Maintain and operate RF scanning equipment; change batteries as needed
- Accurately bag, assemble, and kit products per work order instructions
- Inspect products for quality and report equipment issues to supervisor
- Assemble boxes, pack finished products, and uphold production standards
- Support production teams in resolving issues and maintaining workflow
- Record essential production data and maintain clean work areas
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow work order instructions precisely
- Basic data recording and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in kit assembly
- Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes
- Previous work on split shifts
