Responsibilities include: Inspecting fire sprinkler systems and related life safety equipment Identifying deficiencies and communicating findings with customers Completing electronic inspection reports accurately and on time Maintaining inspection equipment and company vehicle Managing daily schedules using company technology platforms Staying current on NFPA standards, code requirements, and industry best practices Participating in company and manufacturer training programs What Makes You Successful We're looking for professionals who: Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Work independently and manage their time effectively Pay close attention to detail and documentation Approach every inspection with integrity and professionalism Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the fire protection industry High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Ability to work independently after training Preferred Certifications NICET Certification (or willingness to obtain) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 FDNY Certificate of Fitness Nassau County Type 2, S12, and S13 Certifications Fire Pump, Backflow, or other related certifications Physical Requirements Ability to work in commercial, industrial, and residential environments Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent walking, stair climbing, and standing throughout the day Travel between customer locations, with occasional overnight travel Our Purpose To Protect What People Value Most.
