Pharmacist

We are seeking experienced Staff Pharmacists for a 13+ week contract opportunity in Peridot, Arizona. This position is open to both local and travel candidates and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment serving both outpatient and inpatient populations. Term of Assignment: 13+ weeks with potential extension Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week Variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends Job Duties: Provide pharmaceutical care in outpatient and/or inpatient/ER settings Review, verify, and dispense medications safely and accurately Utilize pharmacy technology systems and electronic health records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental training programs Assist with inventory management and operational processes Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: Arizona Pharmacist license preferred; active unrestricted pharmacist license required Hospital pharmacy experience required Outpatient pharmacists: prior outpatient pharmacy experience preferred Inpatient/ER pharmacist: ACLS required; PALS required (may be obtained on-site within the first month) Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD and residency preferred BLS certification within 30 days of hire Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Technology: ScriptPro with SP200 Robot RPMS Electronic Health Record Transitioning to a new EHR system For more information on this role, and additional open positions with RPh on the Go, please send your updated resume to Stacey DiConsiglio at View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io.
