We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves regular interaction with clients through updates and meetings to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project activities across multiple job sites
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Oversee project implementation and ensure timely completion
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project
- Provide regular updates and conduct meetings with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial project management
