Currently seeking a Receptionist for a part-time-time temporary to possible permanent position in Franklin, MA. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that offers good growth and development and a great work life balance.
Responsibilities of Receptionist:
-Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
-Scan and file documents in electronic filing system
-Greet visitors when they come to facility
-Issue all visitors badges and direct them to fill out NDA paperwork
-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements of Receptionist:
-Previous experience in related field preferred
-Great computer skills including Microsoft Office
-Good phone skills
-Superior attention to detail
-Well organized
-Ability to multi-task
Hours: 9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday OR 9:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate $18.00-$20.00/hr
