ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the hospitality industry, which is where I learned the value of building relationships, showing up for people, and creating a great experience every day. That same mindset is at the heart of how we serve our customers and support our team.

I'm a graduate of Miami University and have been married for 14+ years with two daughters (11 and 9) and a King Charles Cavalier who keeps things entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching kids, spending time with friends, and catching sporting events whenever I can.

We enjoy being involved in the community through local events and outreach, and we're always looking for more ways to show up and stay connected to the people we serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Collin Doyle - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
