Our welcoming atmosphere encourages not just professional excellence but also personal growth and satisfaction among employees.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments to determine functional status and rehabilitation needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.Develop and implement individualized therapy programs that focus on the specific recovery goals identified in collaboration with patients and healthcare providers.Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions that may include exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques within established guidelines and ethical practices.Deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, the correct usage of assistive devices, and strategies for effective self-management outside therapy sessions.Actively participate in case reviews and team meetings to ensure continuity of care and proactively address any patient concerns.Prioritize and manage a caseload effectively while determining daily staffing needs and coordinating care assignments with other team members.Document all interactions, treatment plans, and patient progress meticulously within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to support accurate billing and ongoing patient care monitoring.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach is rooted in understanding each patient's individual story and using evidence-based practices to facilitate their journey toward recovery.QualificationsA valid Physical Therapy license in California.A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of employment.A commitment to providing empathetic and effective patient-centered care.Preferred ExperienceWhile no prior experience is required, familiarity with rehabilitation technology and techniques is a plus.Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is beneficial.Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with patients from varied backgrounds.Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers an annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
