Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in Oakland, where we prioritize patient-centric care in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting. Working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, Physical Therapists at our clinic utilize advanced rehabilitative tools and techniques to meet the diverse needs of our patients. The environment is designed to encourage teamwork and communication, utilizing an electronic record system to streamline documentation and enhance patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for patients of all ages, ensuring to assess their specific needs and capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals, employing evidence-based practices.
• Regularly assess and monitor patients' progress, documenting clinical signs and treatment efficacy through SOAP notes and progress summaries within the company's electronic record system.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, addressing any questions or concerns regarding therapy, recovery timelines, and self-care strategies.
• Meet or exceed established utilization goals and business objectives while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple therapies, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Promote and embody the clinic's core values, acting as a brand ambassador for the mission and vision of Musculoskeletal Care Rehab Clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses children and adults with a wide range of diagnoses including musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Flexibility and adaptability in providing treatment in both in-person and telehealth formats, as appropriate for patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
