Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse population, including children and adults, assessing their specific needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and manage tailored therapy interventions, regularly reassessing client progress to ensure effectiveness, and modifying goals and treatment approaches as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including SOAP notes and care plans, using our electronic record system to support patient continuity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, helping them navigate potential challenges and empowering them with strategies for success.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and assist in achieving organizational business objectives while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Collaborate with peers across various disciplines within the clinic to create comprehensive care strategies for clients receiving multiple services.
• Embark on continuous professional development, aligning your work with our clinic's core values and serving as an ambassador for the Vitality Care Clinic.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Current licensure and registration by the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of California, with no restrictions on practice.
• Willingness to conduct in-person evaluations and treatment sessions, with an openness to telehealth options as clinically appropriate.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
