Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while supporting enterprise wide business objectives.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reports to support strategic decision making.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on revenue growth, expense management, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Drive reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance evaluation.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and experience working with enterprise financial planning or reporting systems.
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and financial reporting concepts.

• Communicate financial insights effectively to executives, business leaders, and nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while taking ownership of key financial areas and initiatives.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Bring experience with dashboard development, business intelligence tools, automated reporting solutions, or advanced financial systems considered beneficial.
