A respected boutique law firm is seeking two experienced Florida attorneys to join its team in a temporary-to-hire capacity: Family Law Attorney and Probate Attorney. These roles are ideal for self-motivated attorneys who manage cases from inception through resolution in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Independently manage a busy caseload from inception through resolution Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Prepare matters for trial and provide courtroom representation when necessary Maintain accurate billing and time entry Qualifications Active member of The Florida Bar (required) Minimum five (5) years of Florida Family Law or Probate experience (depending on the position) Strong litigation, drafting, negotiation, and courtroom skills Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Why Join Opportunity to demonstrate skills in a temporary-to-hire capacity with a well-established boutique firm that values professionalism, teamwork, and long-term growth.
