Associate Attorney – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. – Miami, FL Join to apply for the Associate Attorney role at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. Job Overview The Miami, Florida office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its expanding Medical Malpractice practice group. This is a unique opportunity to work with and learn from highly experienced HBS Med Mal litigators by actively participating in case development, trial strategy, and trying cases. Responsibilities Actively participate in case development, trial strategy, and trial execution. Collaborate with experienced litigation colleagues to manage case progression. Prepare and submit legal documents, journal arguments, and other trial materials. Represent clients in pre-trial, discovery, and trial phases. Qualifications 1–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience, preferably in Medical Malpractice. Substantial personal trial advocacy experience; highly experienced trial advocates in other complex litigation areas may be considered. Active membership in good standing in the Florida Bar. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
