Responsibilities include providing legal analysis and advice, preparing and filing legal pleadings and documents, performing legal research, preparing for and conducting pre-trial discovery, preparing for and conducting administrative and judicial hearings, civil jury trials and post-trial activities. Must be admitted in Florida.Career Path & AdvancementClear path to partnership: Each May, associates are invited to apply for partner, and partners can apply for Equity Partner.
