The Role

This is a career-track sales position for professionals ready to take the next step. You'll sell and service insurance solutions while working through a structured development program with defined milestones, dedicated coaching, and a clear production track — so you always know where you stand and what's next.

Compensation

• First-year earnings: $65,000–$120,000, with uncapped commissions.

• Top performers: earn significantly more.

What You'll Do

• Sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance.

• Build and manage a growing book of clients.

• Work through a structured production and development track.

• Hit defined performance milestones with ongoing coaching and mentorship.

• Develop the sales, service, and leadership skills needed to advance.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience — prior sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.

• Drive and ownership — strong discipline and full accountability for your results.

• Communication — excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Licensing — a current insurance license, or the willingness to obtain one (we'll guide you through it).

• Ambition — a long-term mindset and the drive to grow into a leadership role.
