Commercial Lines Underwriter

Providing concierge service to insureds and agents, the full-time remote Commercial Lines Underwriter will develop and maintain relationships while managing policy inquiries, renewals, and account setups. Key responsibilities Handle incoming calls related to policy document requests, billing inquiries, and renewal reviews Review and set up new or renewal policies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders Process cancellations and maintain follow-up on outstanding items until resolution Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience in Personal & Commercial Lines 2-4 years of agency experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies Previous call center experience is a plus Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred Ability to work rotating shifts, extending to 8:00 PM ET
