We're seeking a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician in Waukesha, WI to join our growing team.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay : We offer our Experienced HVAC Technician a competitive salary of $70,000-$100,000 per year . Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Bonus structure PTO

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems to keep them operating efficiently. You'll diagnose issues, install replacement parts, perform routine maintenance, monitor inventory needs, and ensure all work is completed in compliance with company and industry safety standards. Every interaction gives you the opportunity to build customer confidence through your technical knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to quality service.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

High school diploma or equivalent Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and mechanical skills Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment Ability to use power tools, hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges, and testing devices Ability to read and interpret HVAC operation and repair manuals Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Excellent communication skills Physically able to work on HVAC units Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs Two years of related HVAC experience is preferred.
