IMMEDIATE HIRING!!! Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate / Assemblers

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $25.13/hr + Overtime (1.5x)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM + overtime on Fridays

We're hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates, Production Workers, Assemblers, and Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced production environment in Redmond, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking entry-level manufacturing jobs, assembly jobs, warehouse jobs, production jobs, or general labor opportunities with long-term career growth.

No manufacturing experience required. Paid training is provided. Employees can gain experience with assembly, production operations, warehouse support, quality inspection, hand tools, power tools, and material handling while building a stable career.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment
• Follow detailed instructions to meet quality standards
• Rotate between production and assembly workstations
• Load/unload materials and support warehouse operations
• Take measurements and track production counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

 

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills and ability to take measurements
• Willingness to learn (training provided)

Work Environment

Manufacturing and warehouse setting with active production lines. PPE is required (safety glasses, ear protection, steel-toe boots). The role involves standing, lifting, bending, and working in a team-based, fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
