Salon Guest Care Coordinator

VIDA Salons is hiring for our frontline team. You will be the first and last contact with our guests, you're that important. We want to hire someone who thrives in delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.

Here's a brief list of responsibilities:

• Provide excellent/courteous customer service.

• Schedule service appointments using our online booking system.

• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.

• Help guests select and purchase merchandise.
• Support service team.

• Inform supervisor quickly about problems related to guest issues and/or requests.

• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all guests and staff members.

• Help maintain clean and safe sales and stock areas and resolve maintenance issues on a timely basis.

• Assist in the execution of a complete and accurate physical inventory as required.

• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner.

• Have a professional and fashion forward appearance, always maintaining the VIDA Salon's standards.

• Attend meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
