Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients in their homes and facilitate group therapy sessions in our virtual outpatient center.

• Deliver targeted interventions, including anger management strategies, coping skills, and social skills training, to address high-risk behaviors.

• Enhance decision-making skills among youth and caretakers to manage in-home behavioral challenges effectively.

• Collaborate on a consistent basis with the Child Family Treatment Team and various professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, aligned with organizational standards.

• Participate in monthly meetings and engage in collaborative discussions to offer recommendations for service improvements.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide range of demographics, including children, adolescents, and their families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A successful completion of a background check, including fingerprinting, is required to maintain high safety standards for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with two years of relevant clinical experience are preferred, particularly those who have worked in community health settings. Experience working with youth and families, and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will set you apart as a candidate. The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, with the specific salary determined by experience and caseload availability.
