Job Description

The Advertising Assistant Manager supports a new company by coordinating and managing traditional advertising campaigns, overseeing a small team, and ensuring effective communication with clients. This role emphasizes budget management, content development, and performance analysis to drive successful campaign outcomes. With a focus on traditional advertising and no travel requirements, this position offers a unique partnership opportunity within the company.

Responsibilities

Coordinate traditional advertising campaigns from planning to execution
Communicate with clients to align campaign objectives and deliverables
Manage campaign budgets and oversee payroll processes
Support and manage a small team to ensure project deadlines are met
Develop advertising content tailored to campaign goals
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
Create and curate content supporting advertising initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience managing advertising campaigns
Proficient in digital marketing and content creation
Skilled in market research and project management
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Effective time management skills
Familiarity with payroll procedures

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in advertising management
Some college education
