Field Supervisor

Corey Construction is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our Houston team. This position is responsible for overseeing residential roofing field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong roofing and construction experience who can effectively manage multiple communities, communicate with construction superintendents, and keep projects moving from installation through final inspection. What You'll Do Supervise and coordinate roofing crews, technicians, and subcontractors across assigned communities. Schedule work and assign daily responsibilities using the BOLT scheduling system. Conduct daily jobsite visits and inspect work in progress for quality, accuracy, and completion. Perform final inspections on completed jobs prior to releasing work for payment. Coordinate and support daily safety inspections across active jobsites. Maintain daily communication with the Scheduling Coordinator, Houston Area Manager, and new home construction superintendents. Demonstrate proper installation techniques for various roofing materials and reinforce company quality standards. Coordinate warranty inspections, identify areas requiring repair, and ensure corrective work is completed. Manage multiple communities and perform daily preliminary inspections on assigned jobsites. Help oversee metal roofing installations throughout the Houston area. Assist with field measurements and material ordering as needed. Proactively identify and communicate field issues to help prevent project delays. What We're Looking For 3+ years of construction and/or roofing experience. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Previous experience as a Field Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar construction leadership role preferred. Roofing installation and field inspection knowledge. Ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and priorities with limited supervision. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service mindset when working with builders, superintendents, and internal teams. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced field environment. Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
