Reporting to the Division Manager/Public Health Officer, the Human Services Supervisor - Public Health Nursing, will provide supervision, leadership and coordination to Public Health Nursing staff. Additionally, the Human Services Supervisor - Public Health Nursing will promote family-oriented health services, activities to reduce the incidence and prevalence of communicable, environmental, and chronic diseases through prevention, screening, and education. This position will develop and lead in the implementation of public health strategies that support the Public Health Division.

The mission of Outagamie County Public Health is to prevent disease and injury, promote wellness, and protect the health of the community.

Hours: Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Work schedule requires flexibility to work outside of core business hours, which include evenings and weekends. Assist and respond to on-call Public Health Division staff outside of the core business hours. There are possibilities of overtime.
