Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across various demographics.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop strategic treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Engage in comprehensive case management by coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards within the counseling profession.

• Participate actively in professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
