Als Account Executive (m/w/d) bernimmst Du die Verantwortung fr den gesamten Sales Cycle von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen aus Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktmanagement zusammen und gestaltest aktiv das Wachstum von ParkHere im DACH-Markt.

In dieser Rolle geht es nicht nur um Abschlsse sondern darum, strategische Beziehungen aufzubauen, Mehrwert zu schaffen und Unternehmen auf dem Weg zu smarter Mobilitt zu begleiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliches Sales Cycle Management von Lead-Generierung ber Produktdemos bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und erfolgreichem Closing.
  • Consultative & Solution Selling Du analysierst die individuellen Herausforderungen Deiner Kunden und entwickelst passgenaue, wertorientierte Lsungen in Bezug auf Mobilitt und Smart Parking.
  • Multi-threaded Sales Du fhrst komplexe Sales-Prozesse ber mehrere Entscheider-Ebenen hinweg und gewinnst interne Champions.
  • Management von langen Sales Zyklen Du steuerst strukturierte, strategische Vertriebsprozesse mit Fokus und Ausdauer.
  • Beziehungsaufbau auf Executive-Level Du baust vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und berzeugst mit souvernem, beratendem und professionellem Auftreten.
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produkt- und Marketing-Team zusammen hinsichtlich der Entwicklung neuer Produktstrategien, der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unseres Produkts und angepasster Marketing-Kampagnen.

Wen wir suchen:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B SaaS-Vertrieb oder Softwarelsungsvertrieb mit Enterprise- oder Mid-Market-Kunden.
  • Alternativ 23 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung mit Fokus auf Strategie, Digitalisierung oder Vertrieb.
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Management des gesamten Sales Cycle, idealerweise im Enterprise-Umfeld.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfhigkeiten, kombiniert mit einer analytischen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise mit HubSpot, um Deine Pipeline effizient zu managen und datengetrieben zu steuern.
  • Selbststndigkeit, Drive und hohe Eigenmotivation Du willst Dinge voranbringen und Verantwortung bernehmen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
