Area Operations Manager - Indian QSR Brand

We are partnering with an exciting Indian casual dining brand launching its first restaurant in the United States and seeking an experienced Operations / Area Manager to lead the business through its next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded restaurant leader to help establish the brand in the US market and build the operational foundation for future expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead the launch and operational management of the brand's first US restaurant. Oversee restaurant operations across , ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience. Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and operational systems. Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant management teams. Drive sales, profitability, labour efficiency, and cost control. Monitor and manage P&L performance across locations. Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and employment regulations. Support new store openings and future expansion plans. Work closely with ownership on strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements. Build a high-performance culture focused on excellence and accountability. Candidate Requirements Minimum 8-10 years' experience in restaurant operations. Strong background with leading QSR, Fast Casual, or Casual Dining brands Proven experience managing multiple restaurant locations or territories. Demonstrated success in restaurant openings and scaling operations. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L management. Experience working within structured restaurant groups is highly preferred.
